Michelle is the founder and clinical director of The Wellwoman Clinic. She is a Registered Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Master Feminist Life Coach for folks experiencing reproductive health challenges.
She is one of only four practitioners in the province of Ontario who have challenged the exam to become a fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine, the governing body for reproductive specialists in the US and worldwide. With over 13 years of clinical experience, her practice is focused exclusively in fertility, pregnancy, gynaecology and hormonal health.

Alaina is a registered massage therapist specializing in myofascial release.
She gets it. Being in pain is not fun! That’s why she became a massage therapist. Initially, her journey began as a means to manage her own pain, but over time, her focus shifted to assisting others in finding relief.
She’s been practicing therapeutic massage for 27 years. Every time a patient leaves her treatment room and tells her that they are feeling better, it gives her an immense sense of satisfaction.

Sanaz Hejabimonfared is a registered Traditional Chinese MedicinePractitioner (TCMP) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and
Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She obtained her TCM license from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she developed expertise in acupuncture, herbal medicine, pulse diagnosis, tongue assessment, and various other Chinese medicine modalities.
Her healthcare journey has instilled in her, a profound appreciation for the efficacy of holistic therapies. She is dedicated to assisting her patients in achieving optimal health by promoting the balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Her approach to healing involves addressing the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms. She emphasizes the importance of patient education, empowering individuals to make informed decisions and adopt lifestyle changes that enhance their overall well-being.
Dr Olivia Greenspan ND RN - Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Nurse
Dr. Olivia blends her extensive background in cardiac nursing with her passion for naturopathic medicine to empower women in optimizing their hormonal health, particularly through the menopausal transition.
For the past 20 years, Dr. Olivia has gained invaluable experience working as a nurse in general cardiology, cardiac critical care, and cardiac recovery. Having witnessed firsthand the impact of cardiovascular issues on women throughout her nursing career, Dr. Olivia was inspired to pursue naturopathic medicine and offer comprehensive care that addresses women’s unique risks, and inequalities with respect to women’s heart health care.
With a commitment to holistic wellness, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, merging conventional medical knowledge with natural approaches to support women’s perimenopausal, post-menopausal and cardiac health. Through personalized treatment plans that honors each patient's unique circumstances and goals, she aims to optimize their heart, hormonal, and overall health and well-being, blending the best of both worlds to help women thrive, heart and soul.

Emily is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Emily graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Hons) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2021. She completed her Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2023.
Emily is a passionate psychotherapist dedicated to providing client-centered care with a deep respect for individual narratives. Emily creates a safe space for clients to explore their experiences openly and without judgment. Whether that includes support within the scope of women's wellness, health, fertility, interpersonal success, or general counseling, individuals and couples can feel safe to share their stories here. Emily is committed to guiding her clients toward their goals by fostering deep, meaningful relationships with clients. Emily's inclusive approach allows her to support a diverse range of clients through life's challenges, making her a trusted ally on the journey to well-being and self-discovery. Emily is passionate about supporting clients through interruptions in wellness, which may include anxiety, depression, sleep interruptions, stress, emotional dysregulation, or other presentations of disrupted wellness.
NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE
Dr Anne Hussain ND - Naturopathic Doctor
Anne is a naturopathic doctor and author of “The Period Literacy Handbook” (April 2024). Her practice revolves around periods and hormones, especially PCOS, fertility, PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, and perimenopause. Her own journey with PCOS drives her passion for holistic healthcare that is supportive and empowering. She wants menstruators to live their lives as fully as possible with a solid understanding of their bodies.
Anne operates a hybrid practice with in-person and virtual appointments. She is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, holding a prescribing license for hormones and injections. She obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after completing her B.Sc. in Biochemistry at McMaster University. She loves to spend her time exploring nature, eating vegan food, playing saxophone with her community band, paddleboarding, and cuddling with her husband and two dogs.
